  • Once you confirm the product and price, your order will be processed.
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment or cash-on-delivery agreement, depending on the delivery method.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery is available via reliable courier partners.
  • Delivery timeline: 1–4 working days depending on your location.
  • Delivery charges will be informed during order confirmation.
  • Free delivery may be offered during promotions or minimum order values.

Product Authenticity & Warranty

  • We offer high-quality branded products.
  • The warranty is for the machine only. (details will be mentioned during purchase).
  • No warranty is given for color.

Your rights to cancel

  • You have a right to cancel an order before the order has been dispatched
  • Your right to cancel starts from the date of the Order Confirmation
  • If the Goods have been dispatched and we have sent you a mail confirming the dispatch then you won’t be able to cancel your order.
  • If the Goods have been dispatched and we have sent you a mail or WhatsApp message confirming the dispatch then you won’t be able to cancel your order. 
  • Any standard delivery costs you have paid to return the Goods to us;

Our rights to cancel

  • We may cancel an order at any time before delivery for any reason beyond our control, including lack of stock. If this happens, we will contact you Immediately.

    If we have to cancel an order after you have paid for the goods, we will refund your payment.

Faulty Goods

  • If the Goods are faulty you must return the Goods by bringing them to our store Subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, you maybe entitled to the replacement of the goods or a replacement.

    You have legal rights in relation to Goods that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return or refund in this condition 7 or anything else in these terms.

    • We only supply the Goods for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Goods for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, and we shall have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
